Executive Assistant to VP (Admin 4)

We are seeking an Executive Assistant to support the Cyber and Intelligence Mission Solutions (CIMS) Business Development Vice President (VP); providing senior executive level administrative support and management of the day-to-day internal operations of the office. The position requires exceptional interpersonal and communication skills (both verbal and written) and demonstrated ability to work successfully in a fast-paced corporate environment.

This individual will be required to interface and communicate with senior Company executives, employees across all levels, and external organizations. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: managing all calls coming into the VP office, managing a complex and dynamic calendar, maintaining office efficiency, arranging meetings and travel, helping the VP prepare, coordinate and create meeting materials, leading and coordinating projects, gathering information, synthesizing data, and helping to prepare reports; executes other
administrative tasks as needed/assigned.

Qualified candidates must have a history of demonstrating outstanding judgment, discretion, and uncompromising standards of quality, integrity, and outstanding performance. The selected candidate will be someone who is high energy, thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and is available to work extended hours as needed to support the requirements of the position.

Location
This job is located at Annapolis Junction, MD. Relocation is not available
Basic Qualifications:

  • High School graduate and 15+ years of executive level administrative support
  • Advanced Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) skills
  • Detail-oriented with excellent verbal, written, organizational and interpersonal skills
  • Prior experience supporting a vice president
  • Must be a US Citizen and eligible for a security clearance
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
  • Demonstrated ability to interact effectively across all levels of the organization and with outside organizations/individuals
  • Ability to protect and maintain confidentiality
  • Ability to execute tasks and projects independently and multi-task

Preferred Qualifications:

  • TS/SCI Security Clearance
  • Existing knowledge of Northrop Grumman organization, processes, and policies
