Enterprise Monitoring Analyst 2 or 3

Northrop Grumman is looking for a self-directed, detailed oriented, organized person with great follow-up skills. Candidate must have strong analytical, critical thinking and communications skills to create instructions, respond to inquiries and relay instructions to others. The Enterprise Monitoring Team will monitor Services across the IT infrastructure. This position works in conjunction with a Data Analyst to ensure the health of the enterprise. The Data Analyst / Monitoring Analyst team work in shifts to ensure 24x7 coverage. – 12 hour shifts 6am-6pm, 6pm-6am. Candidate will be working with enterprise hardware, software, operating systems and peripherals. He or she will conduct general system maintenance and troubleshooting with hardware/software, networking, installations, patches, scans, updates, backups, wiring, and virus protection and error resolution

Basic Qualifications:

  • 2 Years with Bachelors in Science; 0 Years with Masters (Requires STEM Degree)
  • U.S a TS/SCI clearance with current polygraph within the last 5 years
  • Must be able to work 12/hour shifts supporting 24/7 site support
  • Must be familiar with broad technical areas which might include: networking, servers/virtualization/storage, Linux/Unix, Windows, information security
  • General knowledge of business continuity dependencies and recovery procedures for operating systems and application backups and restores
  • Possess and demonstrates strong customer service skills; including conflict resolutions and customer interactive listening skills
  • Ability to multi-task and follow verbal and written instructions
  • Knowledge of best practice security standards and techniques
  • ITIL Foundations and Service Operation Intermediate
  • 8570 (Security )

BQs for an Enterprise Monitoring Analyst 3 are…

  • 5 Years with Bachelors in Science; 3 Years with Masters; 0 Years with PhD. (Requires STEM Degree)
  • U.S citizenship required
  • Must have a TS/SCI clearance with current polygraph within the last 5 years
  • Must be able to work 12/hour shifts supporting 24/7 site support
  • Must be familiar with broad technical areas which might include: networking, servers/virtualization/storage, Linux/Unix, Windows, information security
  • General knowledge of business continuity dependencies and recovery procedures for operating systems and application backups and restores
  • Possess and demonstrates strong customer service skills; including conflict resolutions and customer interactive listening skills
