Engineer Systems Test 3

Systems Test Engineer MQ-4C Triton Unmanned Air System (UAS) Program supporting ground and flight tests. Interfaces

with NGC and customer Test Directors, Flight Test Engineers, and Ground Operations Technicians. This position is

the primary interface between maintenance and engineering. Operates Vehicle and Payload Test Controller software

during aircraft start up/shut down and ground tests utilizing BAMS Evaluation, Test and troubleshooting Interface

Equipment. Responsible for updating Interactive Electronic Technical Manuals. Integrates tests and develops strategies

to improve test efficiency. Generates and reviews Test Work Sheets. Executes Test Work Sheets, System Test Requests,

Detailed Test Requirements and Acceptance Test Procedures. Conducts operations in accordance with NGC policy

and procedures and NAVAIR test plans and procedures. Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills as well as

excellent oral/written communication skills are required to work in an Integrated Test Team environment. Must be able

work independently to solve a variety of complex problems.

Basic Qualifications:

Minimum Education/Experience: Bachelors Degree in STEM or Bachelors Degree with experience in flight test/system

test/aircraft post maintenance testing. Require experience in aircraft systems test and troubleshooting.

Must be able to support the conduct of tests plane side indoors and outdoors, as well as from Mission Control Stations

and Telemetry Control Rooms. Must be able to obtain a Secret security clearance. Must be willing to work a flexible work

schedule that may include extended shifts, weekends and holidays. The ability to obtain and retain a Program Security

Clearance is required as a condition of employment.

Preferred Qualifications:

Previous Unmanned Air Vehicle system test or maintenance experience is highly desired.
