Northrop Grumman Aerospace Systems has an opening for a Systems Engineer3 to join our team of qualified, diverse individuals. This position will be located in San Diego, CA.

The selected candidate will part of systems engineering team doing System Design Integration; Requirements Development, Management, and Verification; decomposition and flowdown/linkage. And perform System Thread Development, Functional Flow Analysis, and System Performance Analysis on various programs and indirect efforts. He or she should thrive in a fast-paced work environment with high expectations, significantly diverse assignments, collaborative/team settings across all levels.
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in a Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics discipline from an accredited university andat least5 years of engineering experience OR
- Master's Degree in STEM and3 required experience
- An active DoD Secret
- The ability to obtain program access

Preferred Qualifications:
- Prefer Engineering degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Aerospace, or Engineering Physics.
-Master's Degree
-Direct Systems Engineering experience.
-Top Secret Clearance
- Strong technical writing and communication skills. Flexibility to evolving program environments. Candidate's performance directly impacts program success.
