This position entails reviewing missile targeting and flight software with a focus on finding flaws in the system and suggesting possible improvements. Candidate will be expected to perform code examination, analysis and testing and will work with missile simulation and statistical analysis.
- B.S with 2 years of experience or an M.S., and/or Ph. D in one of the following fields: Aerospace Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Physics, Astrophysics or a related field. If degree is in Computer Science, then 1-2 years of physics is desired.
- US Citizenship is required as this position will require a Secret security clearance.
- Experience in computer programming, especially in the following languages: FORTRAN, C or Ada. Candidate should have good technical writing skills, familiarity with simulations and physical modeling and should enjoy finding problems as well as problem solving.
