Candidate should be proficient in Durability and Damage Tolerance (DaDT) analysis, static strength hand analysis, and finite element analysis/modeling. Responsibilities include stress analysis and damage tolerance analysis with an understanding of wing and fuselage loads development and spectrum generation. Analyses will be in support of Material Review Board (MRB), Aircraft Structural Integrity Program (ASIP) and fleet management activities. Knowledge of Airworthiness Directives (AD) and Service Bulletins (SB), large transport aircraft structural design criteria, and non-standard repair and equivalent strength analysis background is a plus. Candidate must be able to collaborate in a team environment, prioritize and adjust tasks to accomplish the project result, prioritize multiple responsibilities and/or accomplish them simultaneously, and comprehend and analyze complex problems and develop solutions.

Basic Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in a Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) discipline from an accredited university with a minimum of 9 years of experience in structural analysis OR

Master's Degree in a Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) discipline from an accredited university with a minimum of 7 years of experience in structural analysis

Experience with MRB related activities

Ability to obtain/maintain DoD secret clearance is required

Preferred Qualifications:

Master's degree in a Science, Technology, Engineering or a Mathematics (STEM) discipline from an accredited university with a minimum of 9 years of experience in structural analysis

Demonstrated leadership experience

Familiarity with B707 airframe, including Boeing drawings and Boeing analysis techniques

Experience working on an ASIP managed platform.
