Northrop Grumman, Electronic Systems is seeking a Software Engineer for the Advanced Concepts and Technologies(AC&T) Organization. The position is located at the Advanced Technology Laboratory (ATL) in Linthicum, MD where we design, manufacture, and test semiconductor products for internal production and emerging programs. The ideal candidate will have solid programming skills, strong experience with reports using VBA macro, excel, database experience in Oracle/MS SQL, and experience supporting users in a manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities include:
- Maintain legacy Access VBA applications and Excel VBA macros.
-Assess data extraction, report generation, and bugs appearing in data visualization.
- Ensuring data accuracy and availability.
-Create/augment/maintain newer C# and Node.js application
- Test applications written by other developers - Report development involving data correlation between potentially multiple databases and/or files - Support user's software usage, finding bugs, data searches - Help facilitate the evolving needs of a microelectronics manufacturing facility - Other duties as assigned

This requisition may be filled at either a Level 2 or a Level 3.

Basic Qualifications for a Level 2:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering or related engineering discipline with2 years of relevant experience (or0 years with an MS).
- Application development experience using C# and at least one of these: .NET, Java, JavaScript, including ODBC database communications
- Experience with SQL, stored procedures, triggers, and database design within Oracle and MS SQL database technologies.
- Experience with developing visually appealing business intelligence dashboards.
- Data warehousing and business intelligence tools, techniques, and technologies.
-Experience working closely with internal and external customers to obtain requirements.

Basic Qualifications for a Level 3:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering or related engineering discipline with5 years of relevant experience (or5 years with an MS or a PhD).
- Application development experience using C# and at least one of these: .NET, Java, JavaScript, including ODBC database communications
- Experience with SQL, stored procedures, triggers, and database design within Oracle and MS SQL database technologies.
- Experience with developing visually appealing business intelligence dashboards.
- Data warehousing and business intelligence tools, techniques, and technologies.
-Experience working closely with internal and external customers to obtain requirements.

Preferred Qualifications for both Levels:
- Experience supporting user data visualization requirements in a manufacturing environment.
- Experience with Tableau Desktop and Tableau Server.
- Experience with Visual Basic macros.
- Experience with SQL Server tools, specifically SSIS and SSRS.
- Knowledge of semiconductor manufacturing and/or testing.
