Northrop Grumman Technology Services Sector is seeking a Software Engineer to join our team of qualified, diverse individuals in Warner Robins, Georgia. Put your years of experience into a future of excellence as a Software Engineer to provide engineering support for Electronic Warfare programs.

Responsibilities:

  • Designs, develops, documents, tests and debugs applications software and systems that contain logical and mathematical solutions
  • Conducts multidisciplinary research and collaborates with equipment designers and/or hardware engineers in the planning, design, development, and utilization of electronic data processing systems for product and commercial software
  • Determines computer user needs
  • Analyzes system capabilities to resolve problems on program intent, output requirements, input data acquisition, programming techniques and controls
  • Prepares operating instructions
  • Designs and develops compilers and assemblers, utility programs, and operating systems
  • Ensures software standards are met.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelors Degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science/Engineering, or related field
  • Proficient in a high order language (i.e. C, C , or C#)
  • Must have knowledge in object-oriented software development methodologies
  • Must understand all phases of software development
  • Must be able to work both independently and in a team environment with strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Must have or be able to obtain Active Secret clearance, Interim Secret clearance, or Inactive Secret clearance within 2 years
