Engineer Reliability 3

Candidate will lead a diverse team responsible for Reliability, Modeling & Availability analysis efforts on several large contract efforts. Candidate must have background in performing Reliability analysis from the concept through sustainment phase; with experience in conducting Reliability analysis and product testing from the lowest piece part to system level testing. The candidate must be able to provide design guidance during hardware development during all phases of a product life cycle.

Candidate must be able to provide RAM-C design guidance to various program IPTs, ensuring program requirements and performances are understood, clearly defined and properly tracked and reported from the customer level to lowest sub tier contractor level. Candidate will be performing the following RAM-C tasks: MTBF predictions, Reliability Allocations, Program Plans, System & lower level FMEAs/ FMECAs, Mission Probability of Success, Probability Loss of Aircraft (PLOA), Sortie Generation Rates and Availability analysis.

Individual will also be responsible for presenting reliability related analyses to program leadership and the customer at all major program reviews.

Basic Qualifications:

BS Degree, at least 6 years experience with reliability analysis. Must be proficient with Microsoft products and experience with multiple software analysis tools such as Relex and Reliasoft. Current Secret Clearance with ability to obtain SAP/SAR clearances.

Preferred Qualifications:

Prior military experience. Experience combining hands-on military aviation hardware support and modeling analysis for military systems. Current Top Secret clearance.
