Support the planning, coordination, and implementation of Master Production Schedules in compliance to the Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) within the Integrated Product Team (IPTs) Environment for High Altitude Long Endurance (HALE) Programs which include Global Hawk, Triton, NATO AGS unmanned fully autonomous air vehicles. Assist in the development of assembly line move schedules for current and proposed Customer requirements utilizing Microsoft Excel and Project Management Tools. Scheduling activities also include aircraft modification, aircraft retrofits, and flight test scheduling. Maintain Master Schedule databases to support Material & Shop Operating systems, and MS Excel/Project/Power Point files to generate a variety of reports including performance metrics, long range strategic plans, manpower requirements, and rate tool analysis, etc. Knowledge and experience with learning curves, capacity and rate tool analysis as well as other Industrial Engineering and estimating/forecasting tools. Travel from Palmdale, CA to Moss Point, MS and/or Rancho Bernardo, CA occasionally may be required.

Requires interface and coordination with other Production support departments; as well as regular interface with multiple levels of management. Basic knowledge of the Earn Value Management System, Material Requirement Planning, and Shop Floor Control Systems, is desired. Background in supporting technical disciplines in Industrial Engineering and Manufacturing Engineering is a plus. Candidate must have proficient writing and presentation skills as well as the ability to articulate schedule reports/scenarios and conduct presentations to upper management and approval change boards.
Basic Qualifications:
A minimum of a Bachelor's Degree STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, or Math) and5 years of engineering experienceor3 years of experience with a Master's Degree STEM.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Project, and Power Point
This position requires having the ability to obtain aDoD Secret clearance,Special Program Access and the ability to maintain both.

Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Technology/Industrial Engineering, or other related technical field (STEM)
5years of Industrial Engineering Experience in a Production e nvironment
