The Palmdale Lab Operations, Engineering and Test Department is looking for a passionate and dedicated B-2 SYSTEM INTEGRATION & TEST ENGINEER to join our B-2 Integration & Test team located in Oklahoma City, OK. The B-2 I&T Team is responsible for completing integration and test activities for all upgrade and sustainment efforts being implemented into the B-2. As a B-2 SYSTEM TEST ENGINEER you'll create and execute manual and automated test procedures, support requirements analysis to resolve program intent, develop test case content, review test plans and procedures, and participate in Test program milestones. Position requires a Bachelor's degree in a Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics related STEM educational field plus at least 5 years experience (3 years with Masters) in avionics, mission systems, flight controls or air vehicle software test and/or system test.
Candidate must be able to support both software integration test and qualification test activities; document test results; and identify and document software defects, then subsequently verify their correction.
Candidate must also be able to organize tasks, communicate clearly using email, teleconferencing and basic office productivity tools such as MS Power Point, Project, Word and Excel.
Experience with writing, executing, and performing system test procedures.
Ability to analyze data and extract trends, anomalies, and errors.
Knowledge of ClearCase, DOORs, Twister, and START
Good written and oral communications skills.
Ability to develop technical solutions to complex problems which require the regular use of ingenuity and creativity.
B-2 Program Security Requirements:
Candidate must have an active DoD Secret and a background investigation within the scope of six years. Candidate must be able to obtain and maintain all required security clearances and program specific accesses.
