The Manufacturing Test team at Northrop Grumman Mission Systems (NGMS) is looking for you to join our team as a Electronics Techician 2 based out of Salt Lake City, UT.

What You'll get to Do:

Support Circuit Card Assembly (CCA) production testing and O&R testing on multiple product lines.
Set up test apparatus and conducts tests of production assemblies and units following methods, procedures, standards, and sequences with applications that may include analog, digital, RF, and/or video type circuits and logic systems.
Perform routine operational tests and fault isolation on electronic systems and equipment to ensure conformance with design specifications.
Adhere to safety measures, quality directives, cost considerations and schedule commitments.
Utilize SAP MRP system for time recording, product tracking, work completion and scheduling.
Troubleshoot medium to complex test circuit cards to diagnose failures while using various measuring and testing devices and equipment.
Monitor tests, reviews data, and records results.

Basic Qualifications:

Associates degree or a technical diploma in Electronics or a related discipline.
2 years of manufacturing or electronics experience.
Prior experience reading and understanding Schematics.
Prior experience diagnosing cause of failure to component level.
Ability to read, interpret, and follow standard test procedures.
Ability to understand and interpret test data.
Extensive knowledge of types and uses of test equipment, oscilloscope, Voltage/Ohm Meter (VOM), Digital Voltage Meter (DVM), signal generators and similar test apparatus.
Ability to understand and follow basic instructions and guidelines.
Able to prioritize and adjust tasks simultaneously .
Ability to relay and receive information and collaborate in a team environment.
Must be able to lift items over 40lbs.

Preferred Qualifications:

Prior experience determining signal path and circuit influence to signal.
2 years of experience with electronics troubleshooting.
Intermediate to advanced computer skills.
