Digital Design Engineer - Board-level expertise T2/T3

We seek degreed electrical engineers, with strong interest in hands-on board level design & layout, high speed digital circuit implementation, design for volume manufacturing and advanced circuit board creation. A few years experience designing, testing or building things is a strong plus. You will be the responsible engineer who thinks up new circuits and then enjoys the path of prototype build, fabrication and production test. You want to be part of troubleshooting, determination of root cause, definition of corrective action and implementation of solutions. Previous experience or interest in very high speed circuits, ultra fine-pitch components and advanced manufacturing would be a plus. You are also curious about making your designs come to life in state-of-the-art manufacture. Your want to build things that conquer the most demanding environments.


This requisition may be filled at either a level 2 or 3.


Typical Minimum Education / Experience for a level 2: 0 to 5 years realted industry experience, with a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering (BSEE) or Computer Engineering or related field of study.

Typical Minimum Education / Experience for a level 3: 5 years with a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering (BSEE) or related field of study, or a Masters, 0 years with a PhD.

Basic Qualifications:

BS Electrical or Computer Engineering degree from a regionally-accredited college or university. Strong interest or relevant experience in board level high speed digital circuit implementation.

Preferred Qualifications:

Expertise in board design, signal integrity, and signal processing, gained within the realm of communications. Understanding of prototype build, fabrication and production test.
