Northrop Grumman Technology Services is seeking a Data Management Analyst 3/4 (WebFOCUS Developer) who will support several projects a large federal agency. These positions will be located in Woodlawn, MD.

The qualified applicant will become part of Northrop Grumman's Health Systems Management operating unit, which focuses on Healthcare IT solutions for our Federal, State, and Local government clients. The qualified candidate should
also have strong analytical, problem solving, and communication skills with a keen attention to detail.

Description of Work:

The WebFOCUS Developer will be supporting new development efforts in WebFOCUS 8 for the Office of Hearings Operations (OHO) Case Processing Product. The WebFOCUS Developer will be responsible for helping the customer develop new reports and/or migrate existing reports including:

- Provide analytical and technical support to enable design, development, validation, integration, and implementation of reports.
- Provide support for creating technical documentation.
- Provide critical technical recommendations/solutions for complex problems.
- Supports business process reengineering efforts for major projects and contribute to technical and design discussions.
Basic Qualifications:

Basic Qualifications for a Data Management Analyst 3 (WebFOCUS Developer): Minimum knowledge, skills, abilities needed-
- Bachelor's degree and 6 years of experience or Masters and 4 years of experience in the IT industry
- Minimum of 2 years of experience working on BI development projects using tools such as WebFOCUS 8
- Minimum of 2 years of design and development experience working on WebFOCUS 8.x (including InfoAssist+) master file/metadata development, managed reporting, ad hoc reports, dashboards, and portal development
- Minimum of 2 years of experience working with Relational Databases and SQL
- Minimum of 1 year Experience with Javascript, HTML, CSS and AJAX
- Minimum of 1 year experience coding and testing 508 standards.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Must be US Citizen or US Permanent Resident (Green card holder)
- Must be able to obtain and maintain a US Public Trust clearance

- Bachelor's degree and 10 years of experience or Masters and 8 years of experience in the IT industry
- Minimum of 4 years of experience working on BI development projects using tools such as WebFOCUS 8
- Minimum of 4 years of design and development experience working on WebFOCUS 8.x (including InfoAssist+) master file/metadata development, managed reporting, ad hoc reports, dashboards, and portal development
- Minimum of 4 years of experience working with Relational Databases and SQL
- Minimum of 2 years Experience with Javascript, HTML, CSS and AJAX
- Minimum of 2 years experience coding and testing 508 standards.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Must be US Citizen or US Permanent Resident (Green card holder)
- Must be able to obtain and maintain a US Public Trust clearance

Preferred Qualifications:
Candidates with these skills will be given preferential consideration-
- Prior SSA experience a plus
- Experience with App Studio 8.x.
- Knowledge of both client/server and mainframe platforms.
- Ability to quickly understand government specific architectures, existing and proposed, and provide/propose solutions for technical problems
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills along with the ability to interface with the team, stakeholders, and
client effectively
- Experience resolving production issues
- Working knowledge of System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) methodologies, specifically Agile
- Self-starter, highly motivated individual, and a team player who adapts to a dynamic work environment
- In depth understanding of Business Intelligence solutions (statistics, graphics, complex reporting)
- Must be detail oriented in performing the tasks with emphasis on quality and testing of code
