Data Insight Analyst 2

We are looking for a Data Insight Analyst to join the AS Human Resources Organization Effectiveness (OE) team. If you are a self-starter who thrives on using your analytical and problem solving abilities to turn data into actionable insights, we want to talk to you!
As a member of the OE team, the successful candidate is expected to collaborate with others in HR and across the organization to deliver reports, analyses, insights and recommendations. You are agile, resourceful and do not hesitate to pitch in to help the team when needed. Being able to communicate (verbally and in writing) confidently and present your findings/recommendations in a way that is simple, understandable and actionable is essential.
Key responsibilities for this role include:
* Defining, collecting, integrating and managing data from disparate data sources
* Developing and operationalizing standard reports for on-going organizational needs
* Anticipating reports, analysis and data needs to enable/optimize decision making
* Developing intuitive visualizations to efficiently communicate data and analysis
* Demonstrating customer intimacy by supporting a variety of OE and HR data needs
* Working on special projects as needed
* Working closely with the Human Capital Analytics team to align efforts to the overall enterprise data and analytics strategy and to stay on top of the latest developments the sector may be able to leverage

Basic Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Engineering/Math or related field
* 3+ years of relevant experience; or 1+ years with a Master's degree
* Advanced proficiency with data modeling & visualization software
* Strong analytical experience and ability to prioritize and multi task
* Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including SharePoint

Preferred Qualifications:
* Master's degree in a related field
* Strong knowledge of HR processes and data elements
* Prior experience in HRIS or related function
* Experience designing reports and data models to inform Human Capital decisions and actions
* Ability to apply project management discipline to organize and manage work
