The qualified Data Analyst will be a contributing member of the Northrop Grumman Technology Services Staffing Strategy and Operations (SS&O) team.

The Data Analyst will be responsible for tactical day to day reporting, and data analytics for the Talent Acquisition (TA) function. This person will also have operational duties, to include developing and executing strategies and programs as defined by the Manager, Staffing Strategy and Operations.

The duties listed below are a sample and are subject to change based on business objectives and priorities:

  • Design and execute reports that help monitor the progress towards the TA organization's goals and the efficiencies of the TA function
  • Track all metrics and consult the TA leadership team on where to focus sourcing efforts and spending in the market
  • Respond to immediate data calls for the business that require extensive research and analytics
  • Work closely with the Talent Management Systems team to coordinate correction of errors in the Applicant Tracking System
  • Be an active member and point of contact on Enterprise teams such as social media, communications, branding, compliance, etc.
  • Training development, coordination and delivery
  • Process, policy and procedure improvement, development and implementation
  • Special projects as assigned or developed
  • SharePoint administration and organization
  • Miscellaneous business and finance responsibilities to include purchasing, setting up POs, processing invoice payments and reconciling accounts.

Basic Qualifications for a Level 2:

To be considered for this position, you must minimally meet the knowledge, skills and abilities listed below:

  • Bachelor's degree or additional 4 equivalent years of experience in lieu of a degree
  • Minimum of 4 years professional experience with at least 1 year in HR/Recruiting
  • Understand the full life cycle of Recruiting
  • Be an independent thinker and be able to self-direct with little supervision
  • Process oriented and strategic thinker
  • Excellent proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
  • US Citizenship required

Basic Qualifications for a Level 3:

To be considered for this position, you must minimally meet the knowledge, skills and abilities listed below:

  • Bachelor's degree or additional 4 equivalent years of experience in lieu of a degree
  • Minimum of 6 years professional experience with at least 2 years in HR/Recruiting
  • Understand the full life cycle of Recruiting
  • Be an independent thinker and be able to self-direct with little supervision
  • Process oriented and strategic thinker
  • Excellent proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
  • US Citizenship required

Preferred Qualifications:

  • SharePoint
  • Database design
  • Access, SQL, Tableau
