Northrop Grumman Mission Systems is seeking a Cyber Systems Engineer 4 to join our team of qualified, diverse individuals located at Annapolis Junction, MD.

Roles and Responsibilities:
In collaboration with the capture team, program delivery teams and structured customer engagements, this systems engineer will identify key customer hard problems, design technical discriminators, and help develop the overall solution approach that prepares our existing programs for follow-on work. This engineer will develop engineering artifacts, collaborate with program system engineers, write white papers and work with existing R&D teams to develop new discriminating capabilities



Basic Qualifications:
-9 years of Systems Engineering experience
-Strong communication skills (written & verbal)
-Capture/proposal support experience
-MPO customer support experience
-Experience conducting trade studies, performing analysis of alternatives and drafting CONOPS
-Understanding of Data Routing, Data Transport, Data Storage, Machine Learning (Big Data)

Education: Bachelor's Degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering Science, Engineering Management, or related discipline from an accredited college or university is required.

Security Clearance: An active TS/SCI clearance with polygraph is required

Preferred Qualifications:
Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe)
-Experience supporting mission analysts
-Experience with Analytics, Provisioning, or Dataflow solutions
-Experience with continuous integration processes and technologies
-Large scale enterprise system and data-flow modeling
-Experience aligning current mission needs with technology research
