Cyber Software Engineer 3 /4 - Mobile App Dev

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Designs, develops, documents, tests and debugs applications software and systems for Android and other Linux-based platforms
  • Conducts multidisciplinary research and collaborates with the customer in all phases
  • Support Quick Reaction Capability (QRC) effort as needed

This requisition may be filled at a higher grade based on the qualifications listed below.

Basic Qualifications for Level 3:

Bachelors Degree in Computer Science or related major with 5 years of overall experience. An additional 4 years of related experience may be considered in lieu of degree.

Demonstrated experience with one or more of the following: Java, C , or Objective-C software development

Prior experience with low-level Linux development

Minimum of an active Secret clearance with the ability required, with ability to obtain and maintain a clearance to the TS/SCI with polygraph level

Bachelors Degree in Computer Science or related major with 9 years of overall experience. An additional 4 years of related experience may be considered in lieu of degree.

Demonstrated experience with one or more of the following: Java, C , or Objective-C software development

Minimum of an active Secret clearance with the ability required, with ability to obtain and maintain a clearance to the TS/SCI with polygraph level

Preferred Qualifications for Levels 3 & 4:

Candidates with these desired skills will be given preferential consideration:

  • Experience with Android development is a strong plus
  • Experience with network protocols: TCP, UDP, HTTP/HTTPS, RTSP
  • Experience with security protocols and practices, content encoding, and multi-tier web applications
  • Active TS/SCI with polygraph
