Cyber Operations Planner 3/4-Top Secret

Northrop Grumman is currently seeking a Cyber Operations Planner level 3 or 4.
The Cyber Operations Planner 3 or 4 position will be located in Arlington, VA.

Roles & Responsibilities:

* Using existing operational processes as required, provide research and reporting to support Senior Leadership, Duty Officers, and partners, stakeholders, and customers.
* Assist in the development of concept of operations, standard operating procedures and policies, slick sheets, product line guides and templates, and work instructions to be provided to the customer for review and approval.
* Communicate, coordinate, share information, and work with customer organization components by writing reports, briefings, ad hoc papers and participating in meetings.
* Develop a draft development plan for informational and analytic products requirements for approval in order to enhance situational awareness and advanced warning capabilities.
* Provide operational analysis coordination, research, and reporting support during cyber incident management exercises as well as national-level cyber exercises per customer provided SOPs.

This requisition may be filled at a higher grade based on qualifications listed below.

Basic Qualifications:

This requisition may be filled at either a level3 or a level 4"

Basic Qualifications for a level 3 are a Bachelor's Degree and a minimum of 5 years of related experience.

Basic Qualifications for a level 4 are a Bachelor's Degree and a minimum of 9 years of related experience.

* Active TS clearance with ability to receive DHS EOD
* Previous experience supporting executive-level briefings and engagements
* Previous experience with exercise training and coordination

Preferred Qualifications:
* Cyber security/IT security professional writing experience desired
* Dept. of Homeland Security experience desired
