Cyber Operations Planner 3 or 4: TS/SCI/Poly

Northrop Grumman Mission Systems is actively seeking a Cyber Operations Planner level 3 or 4 in support of an existing long-term Government Program Office. These positions are located in Arlington, VA and will support our experienced Cyber Operations team developing solutions and analysis in support of DoD Cyber efforts. Our Cyber Ops Planners will provide full-spectrum cyber operations planning support to Combatant Commanders and other DoD organizations. They will conduct analysis, planning and targeting to support cyber operations and exercises.

Roles & Responsibilities:

* Conducts research, analysis, and evaluation of network planning/operations and cyber warfare tactics, techniques and procedures
* Provides analytic support to planning, execution and assessment of cyberspace operations
* Prepares cyber assessments based on the collection, research and analysis of classified and open source information
* Conducts IP-based and/or non-standard protocol analysis in order to analyze switching and signaling protocols between different nodes in networks including PSTN and mobile phone
* Coordinates activities and events in conjunction with the Joint Information Operations (IO) Range in support of program requirement
* Produces high-quality papers, presentations, recommendations and findings for senior US government officials

This requisition may be filled at either a level 3 or a level 4

Basic Qualifications for a level 3 are a Bachelor's Degree and a minimum of 5 years of related experience.An additional 4 years of experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.

Basic Qualifications for a level 4 are a Bachelor's Degreeand a minimum of 9years of related experience.An additional 4 years of experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.

Basic Qualifications:

* Must have an active TS/SCI/Poly clearance
* Experience providing analytic support to planning, execution and assessment of cyberspace operations activities
* Experience conducting network analysis and reporting
* Detailed knowledge of US SIGINT enterprise
* Previous DoD or IC experience

Preferred Qualifications:

* Experience with DoD Offensive Cyber Operations, virtual environments and cyber systems design is preferred.
* Familiar with DoD CNO policy and processes.
* Experience with Special Access Program processes and procedures.
* Solid coordination skills and develop relationships with mission partner organizations.
* Experience in briefing senior US government officials.
