Cyber Intelligence Analyst 3 or 4: TS/SCI/Poly

Northrop Grumman Mission Systems is seeking a Cyber Intelligence Analyst level 3 or 4 in support of an existing long-term Government Program Office. These positions are located in Arlington, VA and will support our experienced Cyber Operations team developing solutions and analysis in support of DoD Cyber efforts. Our Cyber Intel Analysts will provide full-spectrum cyber intelligence analysis support to Combatant Commanders and other DoD organizations. They will conduct analysis, planning and targeting to support cyber operations and exercises.

Roles and Responsibilities:

* Conducts all-source intelligence research and analysis on network operations and cyber tactics, techniques and procedures
* Conducts links and nodes analysis for networks of interest:
o Identify physical and logical connections of network links and nodes
o Locate facilities that house network components
o Identify network components and associated equipment
o Determine routing of network traffic from physical through virtual
o Analyze networks and information technology systems for vulnerabilities
o Isolate segments of the network by transmission medium and technologies
* Prepares cyber intelligence assessments, papers and presentations based on the collection, research and analysis of classified and open source information
* Must be able to communicate effectively and clearly present technical approaches and findings


This requisition may be filled at a higher grade based on qualifications listed below.

Basic Qualifications:

This requisition may be filled at either a level 3 or a level 4

Basic Qualifications for a level 3 are a Bachelor's Degree and a minimum of 5 years of related experience.An additional 4 years of experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.

Basic Qualifications for a level 4 are a Bachelor's Degree and a minimum of 9 years of related experience.An additional 4 years of experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.

* Must have an active TS/SCI/Poly clearance
* All-source intelligence experience
* Must be familiar with DoD Cyber Operationspolicy and processes
* Experience providing analytic support to planning, execution and assessment of cyberspace operations activities
* Experience conducting network analysis and reporting
* Detailed knowledge of US SIGINT enterprise
* Previous DoD or IC experience

Preferred Qualifications:

* Solid coordination skills and develop relationships with mission partner organizations.
* Experience with Special Access Program processes and procedures.
* Experience in briefing senior US government officials.
