Northrop Grumman Technology Services sector is seeking a Cyber Incident Analyst Responder 4 to join our team of qualified, diverse individuals. This position will be located in Arlington, VA. The qualified applicant will become part of Northrop Grumman's NEO Horizon team defending our nation's cyber infrastructure.

Roles and Responsibilities:
Support the development of staff schedules and staffing forecasts for approval.
Ensure shift members follow the appropriate incident escalation and reporting procedures.
Seek to improve the quality, productivity and culture of the service, ensuring that the operational documentation is developed and reviewed on a regular basis.
Provides support promptly and efficiently through front-line telephone and email communications.
Coordinates incidents and requests within the NCCIC ticketing system and responds within the established timeline following the processes, procedures and work instructions.
Manages and tracks the life cycle of all incidents and requests reported to the NCCIC, to include open-to-resolve incident management and request fulfillment.
Duties may also include, but are not limited to, to resolve or route issues to the proper entity, update daily briefing slides for delivery to NCCIC leadership, conduct first-line incident triage, and conduct quality control for products being disseminated from the NCCIC.
Must be flexible and able to work within a 24X7X365 support environment.

Basic Qualifications:
To be considered for this position, you must minimally meet the knowledge, skills, and abilities listed below:
Bachelor's Degree and a minimum of 9 years' experience required. An additional 4 years of experience may be substituted in lieu of degree.
Active Top Secret Security Clearance required. In addition, selected candidate must be able to obtain and maintain a favorably adjudicated DHS background investigation for continued employment.
9 Years of experience in direct support of technical support troubleshooting.
Demonstrated ability to provide necessary attention to solve different level problems, often multitasking to solve moderate level problems.
Demonstrated experience acting to address current issues, respond quickly and effectively in a crisis, determining future priorities, and leading ad hoc or project teams.
Experience creating staff schedules and develops staffing forecasts.
Must be flexible and able to work within a 24X7X365 support environment.
Leadership experience and ability to work efficiently with end users, operational support and development teams comprised of government customers and contractors.

Preferred Qualifications:
Candidates with these desired skills will be given preferential consideration:
ITIL Foundations or certificate in related discipline preferred.
Knowledge of Microsoft Office automation solutions.
Experience in using the Remedy Service Management and Knowledge Management System (KMS) a plus.
