Northrop Grumman Mission Systems sector is seeking a Contract Order Administrator (CSG Rep ) to join our team of qualified, diverse individuals. This position may be located at one of our facilities located in Sykesville, MD/ Elkridge, MD/ Annapolis, MD/ Chantilly, VA.
The Contract Setup Representative (CSG) is responsible for entering contractual related data into the SAP Accounting System for the Mission Systems Sector (MS). Desired candidate should have a working knowledge of the One Source Sales and Distribution (SD) module of SAP. Candidate must have strong organization and communication skills and be able to work cohesively with other functional organizations within the MS Sector organization. The successful candidate will be conduit between Contracts, AR, Program Control and other functional areas.
The work scope of the position includes, but is not limited to: Reviewing contractual documents for MS Sector's State, Local, Federal Government and Intercompany customers and the associated PS and SD templates for completion and accuracy prior to data entry being performed. The position requires participation in the setup meetings held by the Contract Representative and attended by all stakeholders.
The ideal candidate must have the ability to take initiative and assume responsibility for the contracts and projects assigned in order to be able to perform all job requirements. Must have excellent verbal and written skills and the ability to maintain a strong working rapport with internal customers. Must be multi-task oriented and be able to interact with management. Must be detail oriented with a commitment to accuracy. Position is full time and involves occasional work in excess of 40 hours per week.
•High School degree with 2 years additional education or work experience.
•Basic experience with government contracting
•Must have excel experience with ability to understand macros and use basic formulas
•Working knowledge of SAP or other Enterprise Resource System
• Associates or Bachelor's degree with 2 additional years work experience.
