Configuration Analyst

Northrop Grumman Technology Services is seeking a Configuration Analyst in Ogden, Utah. The Configuration Analyst will providesupport to the Ground Based Strategic Deterrent (GBSD) program.


  • Plans and coordinates preparation of project documentation and schedules, to ensure customer contract requirements are met.
  • Performs review program documentation and project information.
  • Prepares briefings, reports and develops and maintains tracking spreadsheets.
  • Coordinates records with project management, business management and functional organizations and product IPTs.
  • Reviews and analyzes data and documentation to ensure project documentation is maintained, accurate and current.
  • Develops and coordinates meeting agendas, minutes and action items.
  • Assist with development and maintenance of program processes.
  • Arranging and processing GBSD travel and travel expenses.
  • Assisting with leadership briefings, presentations, facility tours and all GBSD functions.
  • Minimum 7 years of related experience with a HS Diploma/GED, or 3 years with a Bachelor's degree, or 1 year with a Master's degree
  • Demonstrated experiencemaintainingprocesses, data, or recordsand coordination withproject management, business management or functional organizations
  • Demonstrated experience scheduling travel, coordinating schedules, or completing expense reports
  • Active Secret Security Clearance or higher

  • Experience with Northrop Grumman policies and processes.
  • Proficient with all Microsoft Office tools.
  • Familiarity with Northrop Grumman travel policies and procedures.
  • Good verbal and interpersonal skills required to work closely with teammates, stakeholders and both internal and external customers.
