Job Description

Develops computer systems specifications that address business requirements and that fit with the company's system architecture standards. Establishes and documents system parameters and formats, ensures hardware and software systems compatibility and coordinates and/or modifies system parameters in terms of existing and projected computer capacity and capabilities. Revises existing systems and procedures to correct deficiencies and maintain more effective data handling, conversion, input/output requirements, and storage.
Basic Qualifications:

  • 5 Years with Bachelors in Science; 3 Years with Masters . In lieu of formal education, 9 years of applied experience may be considered.
  • Demonstrated abilitywith Microsoft Server Offerings and SQL Server database objects
  • Demonstrated abilitywith LAN and Network hardware support
  • Demonstrated ability with Microsoft SharePoint development
  • Demonstrated ability withCITRIX and data product distribution/back up
  • Demonstrated ability with configuration management
  • Understanding of FIPS 140 criteria and implementation experience
  • Must have an activeTop Secret clearance
  • Must be able to attain and maintain CompTIA Security+ Certification within six months of accepting an offer of employment
Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with military systems maintenance processes
    * Experience with Computer Software Configuration Items (CSCI) integration
