Computer Systems Analyst 3

Northrop Grumman is seeking a Computer Systems Analyst to join our team. This position will be located at our Azusa, CA campus. The qualified applicant will become part of Northrop Grumman's Information Technology support team. The successful candidate would be responsible for maintaining a smooth operation of Windows server/workstation and network in a classified environment. Plans, evaluates, designs and reconfiguration of Windows based and network equipment. Propose solutions to management to ensure all communications requirements based on future needs and current usage. Create and update appropriate documentations, including operational instructions. Provides regular monitoring and security analysis to meet DoD security standards.

Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

Design and maintain Windows Systems within strict security policies and procedures.

Design and maintain network communications systems.

Provide specifications and detailed schematics for network architecture.

Design and troubleshoot VPNs.

Performing network analysis.

The successful applicant will demonstrate the ability to work in a team environment with engineering users, other system administrators and computer/facility organizations.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree with 5 years of Computer System Administration experience with or 9 years of Computer System Administration experience in lieu of degree.
  • Able to lift 40 lbs.
  • Current and active TS/SCI with ability to obtain Poly.
  • Available for 24/7 support when needed.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Security .
  • Experienced with Linux System.
  • Experienced with SCCM.
  • Experienced in Windows 7/10 and Server 2008 .
  • Experienced with Windows, file, web and remote execution servers and Terminal Services.
  • Experienced with Cisco routers, switches, IPS/IDS, and firewalls.
