Computer Systems Analyst 2 - Secret

The Tactical Data Link Analyst will support the preparation and publication of message standards (communication protocols), including U.S. Joint, North Atlantic Treaty Organization (NATO), and other Allied Information Standards and Technical Operating Procedures for Tactical Data Link (TDL) communication systems. Provide technical and administrative support for TDL configuration management activities. This support includes editing, recommending changes, and producing evaluations of change proposals. Requires performing detailed technical and administrative analysis of proposed changes to the TDL and related standards, providing support for various meetings of technical experts, and providing technical support to government personnel
Basic Qualifications:

* Bachelor's degree and 2 years of related experience. Equivalent experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
* U.S. Citizenship and an Active DoD Secret Clearance.
* Strong technical writing, communication, and analytical skills.
* Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office applications.

Preferred Qualifications:

* Military or civilian experience with tactical military communications systems, air defense systems, command and control, or air operations.
* Understanding of configuration management (CM), particularly with regards to military standards and documentation.
* JT-101 (JTIDS 101) and/or JT-102 (Multi-TDL Advanced Joint Interoperability Course (MAJIC)) course certification is a plus.
* Active DoD TS/SCI Clearance is a plus.
