Community Manager 2
Responsible for community management of a collaboration environment that supports the customer with social networking, sharing information, soliciting input, and collaborating between scientist, educators, and technologists. The JIVE communication and collaboration COTS software is utilized as the collaboration platform in an AWS environment.
Responsibilities include providing community outreach to collect user requirements, support user education, and promote usage of the collaboration application. Other responsibilities included addressing user issues and questions, creating and managing user workspaces and accounts, and generating usage metrics. The candidate will also be involved with testing/
verifying application functionality when upgrading the JIVE COTS product.
The candidate must be a self-starter, have strong verbal, presentation, and written skills. The collaboration application runs in an unclassified environment.
Experience with Community Management and outreach
Experience with providing briefings and presentations in front of diverse set of customers.
- Experience providing application user assistance and education
Experience with JIVE collaboration software or other collaboration tools
- Active TC/SCI clearance with polygraph
