Change Management Specialist 3 / 4

Northrop Grumman Enterprise Services is seeking a Change Management professional to join our team of qualified, diverse individuals. This position will be located at our Irving, TX facility.

We're looking for an experienced professional who excels in organizational change management to help us achieve world class shared services delivery.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Leading change management initiatives for various Service Center Operations and some enterprise-level projects to include designing and executing change management plans
  • Developing and applying a set of targeted, actionable change management plans, including communication and training to support the adoption of the changes required by a project or initiative
  • Collaborating with service leaders to conduct impact analyses, assess change readiness and identify key stakeholders
  • Integrating organizational change management activities into project plans
  • Defining and measuring success metrics and monitoring change progress
  • Developing and delivery of training plans and materials
  • Preparing the Service Center Operations team to support service or process changes
  • Designing and implementing development training programs to enhance the effectiveness of managers and teams to increase organization productivity and customer satisfaction
  • Monitoring and evaluating change adoption and effectiveness
  • Using valid and reliable research to create, manage and embrace efficient and effective change

Basic Qualifications Level 3:

  • Bachelor's Degree and 6 years of related work experience required; Master's Degree and 4 years of related work experience
  • Prior experience in leading small and large-scale change management efforts
  • Experience and knowledge of change management principles and methodologies, Prosci ADKAR preferred
  • Experience translating complex technical subject matter into user friendly training materials and communications
  • Possess the ability to manage and lead multiple projects at the same time
  • Prior experience in curriculum development and classroom training facilitation.
  • Must have excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written
  • Have strong interpersonal skills and the ability to lead in an informal capacity using influence skills
  • Must be able to present/facilitate to diverse audiences with an engaging style in front of large and small groups
  • Able to motivate, communicate and instruct/train others, using both technical and non-technical language to explain complex subjects and processes.
  • Must be a proactive and able to work complex issues and projects with minimal oversight
  • Strong technical writing: ability to identify the use of proper grammar and punctuation
  • Possess a working knowledge of project management methodologies

Basic Qualifications Level 4:

  • Bachelor's Degree and 10 years of related work experience required; Master's Degree and 8 years of related work experience
  • Experience and knowledge of change management principles and methodologies, Prosci ADKAR preferred
  • Prior experience in leading large and small scale change management efforts
  • Possess ability to contribute to the development of new concepts, techniques and standards.
  • Establish, monitor and evaluate effectiveness of change tactics
  • Must be able to translate complex technical subject matter into user friendly training materials and communications
  • Possess the ability to manage and lead multiple projects at the same time
  • Strong prior experience in curriculum development and classroom training facilitation
  • Must have excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written
  • Have the ability to lead in an informal capacity using influence skills
  • Build change readiness capability
  • Must be able to present/facilitate to diverse audiences with an engaging style in front of large and small groups
  • Able to motivate, communicate and instruct/train others, using both technical and non-technical language to explain complex subjects and processes.
  • Must be able to quickly establish themselves as an expert in Change Management and become a key resource in that area
  • Strong technical writing: ability to identify the use of proper grammar and punctuation
  • Possess a working knowledge of project management methodologies

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience leading organizational change management efforts within Shared Services organizations
  • Prosci or Change Management Advance Practitioner (CMAP) credential
  • Knowledge and experience with a variety of technology solutions
  • Professional experience with Adobe suite and all Microsoft Office products (Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Visio, Excel)
  • Professional experience using Adobe Captivate
