C/C++ Software Engineers - All Levels

Northrop Grumman Mission Systems Sector – Processing Technologies Group is seeking C/C Software Engineers to join their team.

These positions are located in Linthicum, MD.

Software includes: embedded, real-time software with signal processing and/or radar mode, infrastructure to interface between software and hardware components to test performance and functionality of product, command and control flight software to control the payload components, processing software that implements algorithms executed on the payload and more.

This position description does not represent a current opening but may be used to identify candidates with skills and experience for positions within Northrop Grumman that frequently become available. Candidates who express an interest may be considered for future positions at Northrop Grumman.

Responsibilities for this Pipeline requisition are:

Design, develop, document, test and debug applications software and systems that contain logical and mathematical solutions.

Conduct multidisciplinary research and collaborates with equipment designers and/or hardware engineers in the planning, design, development, and utilization of electronic data processing systems for product and commercial software..


Basic Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related Engineering discipline

Professional software development experience, specifically C/C development

US Citizenship with the ability to obtain and maintain at least a Secret Level Clearance.

Preferred Qualifications:

Active Secret Security Clearance or higher.

Master's Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering or a related discipline

Real-Time Embedded Software Development experience
