Casual IRS Business Subject Matter Expert

Northrop GrummanTechnology Servicessector is seeking a Part-time IRS Business Subject Matter Expert to join our team of qualified, diverse individuals.
Put your years of experience into a future of excellence. The qualified applicant will become part of Northrop Grumman's Civil Solutions Organization, which is an Internal Organization designed to provideoptimal solutions for our IRS customer.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Provide recommendations into Technical and Business Solutions required to meet IRS Issues and problems
  • Determine IRS strategic problems and issues
  • Support a technical team to ensure technical solutions meet IRS business needs
  • Meet with IRS customers to hear their priorities and help present NG developed solutions

  • Participate in industry based groups that support the IRS, e.g., CERCA

  • Basic Qualifications:
    To be considered for this position, you must minimally meet the knowledge, skills, and abilities listed below:
    Bachelor's Degreeplus 15 years of relevant experience or 20 years of experience will be accepted in lieu of a Bachelors Degree.
    20 Years working for or in support of the IRS
    8 years as an IRS senior manager orexecutive
    Excellent Communications skills
    Knowledgeable in IRS Business Domains

    Preferred Qualifications:
    Experience managing large projects and teams
