Business Process Analyst 4

Northrop Grumman Mission Systems sector is seeking a Business Process Analyst to join the Continuous Diagnostics and Mitigation (CDM) Team. The CDM program is a DHS-managed approach to fortifying the cybersecurity of government networks and systems. CDM provides federal departments and agencies with capabilities and tools that identify cybersecurity risks on an ongoing basis, prioritize these risks based upon potential impacts, and enable cybersecurity personnel to mitigate the most significant problems first.

Specific responsibilities of this role include:
Analyze technical processes to formulate and develop business processing systems
Develop and implement concepts, system techniques, activities, and information
Identify complex problems and offer solution methodology to ensure customer objectives and needs are met
Ensure deployment activities are executed, tracked and reported
Work with Deployment Leads, engineers, and other internal stakeholders with client facing activities to identify and define project requirements, scope and objectives
Develop and execute project deliverables, including project schedules, plans, presentations and meeting artifacts
Define and implement initiatives for quality control and improvement
Complete special projects, as needed
Report and escalate to management as needed
Basic Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
At least 10 years of experience in defining and implementing business and systems requirements; or 8 years of experience with Masters
Demonstrated ability to serve as an effective liaison between project teams, internal and external stakeholders
Demonstrated excellent written and oral communications skills
Proven collaborator in a fast-paced environment with the ability to work independently in an Agile environment
Must be able to travel up to 25% to client site(s)
Must be a U. S Citizen (to have the ability to obtain and maintain a DHS suitability EOD.
Advanced in Microsoft Project, Excel, Word, Outlook and PowerPoint
Advanced in SharePoint

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience supporting cyber security initiatives
Experience supporting DHS programs
PMP certified
TS clearance
SCI eligibility
