Business Process Analyst 2

Northrop Grumman Mission Systems sector is seeking a Business Process Analyst to join the Continuous Diagnostics and Mitigation (CDM) Team. The CDM program is a DHS-managed approach to fortifying the cybersecurity of government networks and systems. CDM provides federal departments and agencies with capabilities and tools that identify cybersecurity risks on an ongoing basis, prioritize these risks based upon potential impacts, and enable cybersecurity personnel to mitigate the most significant problems first.

Specific responsibilities of this role include:
Coordinate activities, resources, equipment and information
Ensure deployment activities are executed, tracked and reported
Assist Deployment Leads, engineers, and other internal stakeholders with client facing activities to identify and define project requirements, scope and objectives
Help prepare project deliverables, including project schedules, plans, presentations and meeting artifacts
Assist with defining and implementing initiatives for quality control and improvement
Assist with other special projects, as needed
Report and escalate to management as needed
Ensure clients™ needs are met as the project evolves
Basic Qualifications:

Bachelor™s degree
A minimum of 3 years of experience performing project management or business administration/operations
Demonstrated ability to serve as an effective liaison between project teams, and internal and external stakeholders.
Demonstrated excellent written and oral communications skills
Proven collaborator in a fast-paced environment
Must be able to travel up to 25% to client site(s)
Must be a U. S Citizen (to have the ability to obtain and maintain a DHS suitability EOD.
Proficient in Microsoft Project, Excel, Word, Outlook and PowerPoint
Proficient in SharePoint

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience supporting cyber security initiatives
Experience supporting DHS programs
Familiar with Agile
TS clearance
SCI eligibility
