Business Planning Analyst 4

Northrop Grumman Mission Systems / Missile Defense & Protective Systems Division / Advanced Mission Solutions Operating Unit is seeking a Business Planning Analyst to join our team to provide support on the Specialized Warfighter Development Contract (SWDC) operations team. The position will work with Product Line leads, Cost Account Managers, ES&T, multiple teammates, and several functional areas to ensure adequate staffing across the program, which includes determination of skills required and determining program financial constraints for each position. The successful candidate duties include, but are not limited to, assessing and monitoring staffing needs across the program, working with stakeholders to develop and open requisitions, monitor progress through onboarding, ensure alignment with both mission and financial needs, ensure compliance with program staffing rules, long range staffing demand, training requirements and monitoring, and associated metrics. This position works across functions to ensure all requirements are met for successful onboarding of candidates, which includes coordination with all stakeholders to ensure budgets, funding, and WBS information is disseminated on or before the start date of each candidate. Successful candidate may be asked to participate in proposal development to assess staffing needs and future demand, and assist in BOE development for those efforts. Other duties may include other operations functions performed on the contract to include, but not limited to, Past Performance questionnaire development, staffing demand input and collaboration, Internal Program Review System data collection and evaluation, Program Management Review consolidation and presentation.
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related discipline plus a10 years' experience in program management, program operations, business development, or other relevant experience.
Proficient with MS Office Products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Demonstrated Project Management skills.
Experience with managing subcontract resource needs.
Experience with proposal development and resourcing.
Possess strong strategic thinking skills and be able to work independently;
Ability to coordinate across multiple functions and have demonstrated capability to work in a team environment.
Understanding of teammate budget and funding management, to include burn rate and invoice analysis;
Have good analytical and communication skills;
Secret Security Clearance is required.

Preferred Qualifications:
PMP Certification
SAP knowledge
EVMS knowledge and experience
Experience with BD and Proposal processes
* Familiarity with NG accounting and reporting systems a plus.
