Business Management Manager 2

Northrop Grumman Mission Systems is seeking a Business Management Manager 2 to support the Enterprise Cyber Solutions and Cyber Platform Solutions OUs within the Global Cyber Systems BU. This position is located in McLean, VA.

Roles and Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Business manager for several programs and capture efforts within the two Operating Units
  • Supports all program financial deliverables and reviews
  • Builds and maintains positive workingrelationships with external and internal customers
  • Preparation of financial internal/external forecasts and plans (Long Range Strategic Plan, Annual Operating Plan, monthly forecasting),
  • Manages financial reporting
  • Contract estimates at completion and estimates to complete,
  • Pricing and proposal development
  • Ensure compliance with all NGC policies, internal controls and disclosed practices.
The manager will lead a team ofprogram control professionals and will be responsible for related staffing, performance management and professional development activities.

Basic Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, Economics or related area and8 years of related experience. Other fields may be considered if coupled with significant, related work experience.
  • Full working knowledge of accounting and finance principles
  • Prior experience leading a project, program, or personnel.
  • Intermediate to advanced level Excel user
  • The willingness and ability to travel domestically 10% of the time.
  • Ability toobtain and maintain TS Clearance.
  • US Citizenship required

  • Current TS Clearance
  • Prior DoD Experience
  • Experience with program start up
  • Experience with SAP/BW
  • Experience with COGNOS
  • Experience with Earned Value
