Business Management Analyst 2 (Secret Clearance Required)

You will reportto the D&MC Business Management, Manager

Your primary function will be to perform as a pricer, with other professional development tasks assigned, periodically.

Specific tasks include:

Export data from our accounting system, SAP, into Excel
Compile, and analyze financial data, grouping into budget categories
Analyze and adjust data for use as budgetary estimates
Develop Task Assessments in CMIS database and Excel
Attend proposal kickoff meetings
Prepare proposal packages
Travel 1 to 2 times per year
Overtime will be required

Cross training will be expected. Cross training could be in Contracts, Cost, Finance and other areas of proposal development and business management, as well as other disciplines.

Basic Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution
Active DOD Secret Clearance updated within the last 6 years is required
Proficiency at an intermediate level in Excel
Ability to travel as required
Ability to work overtime as required
3years of experience working with any/all of the following:
Proposal development, Contracts, Cost, Finance, Business Management

Preferred Qualifications:
Demonstrated ability to work professionally
Working knowledge of FAR/DFARs as they pertain to proposal development
Experience with SAP
Experience with CMIS
Experience working within an IPT organization
