Northrop Grumman Technology Services is seeking an Automated Testing Analyst + 3/4 who will support several projects a large federal agency. These positions will be located in Woodlawn, MD.

The qualified applicant will become part of Northrop Grumman's Health Systems Management operating unit, which focuses on Healthcare IT solutions for our Federal, State, and Local government clients. The qualified candidate should also have strong analytical, problem solving, and communication skills with a keen attention to detail.

Description of Work:

  • Automation testing as an Automated Testing Analyst with extensive work experience is required to analyze user stories and develop test plan, test scenarios, and test scripts for an application to process disability claims. The qualified candidate will also create test data analysis and perform end-to-end system testing for interface between multiple applications.
  • Designs test plans for complex distributed systems in accordance with overall testing strategy
  • Participate in the full life cycle of design and execution of manual and automated test scripts
  • Develop and execute maintainable automation tests.
This requisition may be filled at a higher grade based on qualifications listed below. This requisition may be filled at either a Level 3 or a Level 4.

Basic Qualifications for an Software Development Analyst 3:

Minimum knowledge, skills, abilities needed.
  • Bachelor's degree and 5 years of relative experience, Master's degree and 3 years of relative experience or 9 years of relative experience in an IT field in lieu of a degree.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience with Automated Application Testing.
  • 1 year of experience in developing and maintaining automated testing framework and infrastructure
  • 1 year of experience or more developing test strategies, creating automated test cases, and executing and maintaining test scenarios
  • 1 year of experience or more preparing test plans and defect reports for stakeholders
  • Must be able to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance.
  • Must be a US citizen or green card holder.
Basic Qualifications for an Software Development Analyst 4:

Minimum knowledge, skills, abilities needed.
  • Bachelor's degree and 9 years of relative experience, Master's degree and 7 years of relative experience or 13 years of relative experience in an IT field in lieu of a degree.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience with Automated Application Testing.
  • 1 year of experience in developing and maintaining automated testing framework and infrastructure
  • 1 year of experience or more developing test strategies, creating automated test cases, and executing and maintaining test scenarios
  • 1 year of experience or more preparing test plans and defect reports for stakeholders
  • Must be able to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance.
  • Must be a US citizen or green card holder.
Preferred Qualifications:

Candidates with these skills will be given preferential consideration.
  • 2 years of experience or more working with Loadrunner
  • 2 years of experience or more developing automated Java test scripts
  • 2 years of experience or more working with Selenium
  • 1 year of experience or more working in AGILE testing
  • 1 year of experience or more working with various API's
  • 1 year of experience or more working with Cucumber
  • 1 year of experience or more working with SQL
  • 1 year of experience or more working with BitBucket
  • Prior SSA experience
