Associate Cloud Systems Support Administrator - TS/SCI with poly required

Northrop Grumman Defense Systems sector is seeking an Associate Cloud Systems Support Administrator to join our team of qualified, diverse individuals. You will become part of Northrop Grumman's team supporting Azure cloud programs. The successful candidate will have direct access and interaction with mission customers while helping with the management of the mission cloud services environment.

Roles and Responsibilities may include:
Maintains smooth operation of multi-user computer systems, including coordination with network administrators.
Working hardware deployments both desktop and server provisioning.
Interacts with users and evaluates vendor products.
Makes recommendations to purchase hardware and software, coordinates configurations, and provides backup recovery.
Identifying and driving fixes for hardware and software, issue resolution, and outage restoration. Ancillary duties may include setting up administrator and service accounts, maintaining system documentation, tuning system performance, installing system wide software and allocating mass storage space.

This position will be located in Reston, VA or Elkridge, MD.

Qualifications:

Basic Qualifications:

  • 0 Years of experience with Bachelors; or a high school diploma with four years of experience monitoring application/systems and trouble-shooting issues
  • Familiarity with monitoring application/systems and trouble-shooting issues
  • TS/SCI Clearance with Polygraph
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience developing or troubleshooting in a Cloud environment
  • Ability to work in fast paced, challenging environment
  • Azure or O365 Experience
