Army Force Protection Lead

Position Description:

Assist/verify the implementation of the required government policy (i.e., NISPOM, DCID 6-3), make recommendations on process tailoring, participate in and document process activities.
Provide Anti-Terrorism Plans Management support and coordination to the AT Program in accordance with applicable standards.
Support the creation of a system to collect, analyze, and disseminate terrorism threat information, and recommend the appropriate Army Force Protection Condition (FPCON) System.
Oversee/Assist in establishing terrorism threat/incident response planning, policies, and procedures that prescribe appropriate actions for reporting terrorist threat information, responding to threats/actual attacks, and reporting terrorist incidents.
Oversee the development of realistic terrorist threat scenarios and exercises.
Oversee/assist in the definition, planning, organizing, directing and controlling risk and opportunity management efforts.
Oversees/assists in the identification of CIRM-related issues.
Oversees/assists in the development and maintenance of CIRM-related policies and procedures.

Basic Qualifications

Must have a Degree in a technical field;
-Bachelor's Science + 18 years of experience.
-Master's + 10 years of experience.
Active, Top Secret clearance with eligibility for SCI.
Must have training in the execution of intelligence policies, processes, systems, and tools.
Minimum of five years' experience leading teams as a manager.
Able to support fast turn operations with occasional overnight and weekend hours as needed.
Antiterrorism Officer Certification (Level II or higher).
Must be a U.S. Citizen.

Preferred Qualifications

Knowledge of AT, FP, COOP, EM, Risk Management and security processes, methods, techniques, systems, and devices.
Active TS/SCI.
Current U.S. Passport.
Willingness to travel to CONUS/OCONUS locations as required.
PMP or ITIL certifications.
Prior military and or Army customer experience.
