Northrop Grumman is seeking a motivated professional to join our team as a Senior Software Analyst – Lead. This position is located at Fort Lee, VA.
The selected Candidate will support the SEC EISD.
The mission of SEC EISD is to execute program management and lifecycle sustainment functions within cost, schedule and performance for all assigned Enterprise Resource Planning, Logistics IT, Satellite Communications and Department of Defense/Department of the Army Enterprise Business Applications.
Specific duties include:
Provides functional and empirical analysis related to the design, development, and implementation of software systems, including, but not limited to application software, utility software, development software, and diagnostic software.

Participates in the development of test strategies, devices, and systems.
Solving system analysis problems (or managing the solution of system analysis problems) in the functional area to which assigned.
Duties may also include:
Analyzes, enhances, installs, tests and modifies enterprise-wide operating systems for both new and existing systems. Develops requirements, workflow and systems analysis. Corrects program errors, prepares operating instructions, compiles documentation of program development, and analyzes system capabilities. Establishes standards for development and maintenance of new and existing products.
Basic Qualifications:
1. Must possess a BS Degree in Computer Science, Electronics Engineering or other Engineering or Technical discipline.
2. Must possess a minimum of 9 years of relevant functional and technical experience with Army contracting support, including familiarity with existing Army contracting systems and interfaces.
3. Must possess a current Secret Clearance.
4. Must be a U.S. Citizen.
Preferred Qualifications:
1. A Master’s or higher degree in Computer Science, Electronics Engineering, Engineering or other Technical discipline.
