Responsibilities for this Pipeline requisition are:
Northrop Grumman Technology Services Team is seeking an Administrative Assistant 3 to join the JSTARS team. The JSTARS team will support the program in the development of operation and maintenance technical manuals, trainers and field service support. The selected individual will provide administrative support to the logistics program manager as well as members of the logistics team including: Maintenance of SharePoint folders, preparation of travel/briefings/reports, maintenance of calendars/ schedules, preparation of meeting minutes, agendas, and other administrative duties. Coordinates and facilitates meetings with team and customer. Performs additional duties as requested. Strong verbal/written communication skills and organizational skills are essential.
- High School Diploma/GED required and 4 years' experience in an administrative role.
- Experience with business office S/W products such as SharePoint, PowerPoint presentations, Excel, MS Word, Adobe etc.
- Ability to interface with a broad NGTS, NGAS and government group of personnel on a variety of requests/issues.
- US citizenship and ability to obtain a security clearance required.
- Bachelors Degree preferred.
