Administrative Assistant 4

Northrop Grumman Technology Services sector is seeking an Executive Assistant to join our team of qualified, diverse individuals. This position will be located in Washington DC. The qualified applicant will become part of Northrop Grumman's ITSS4 WPR4 providing support to the Department of Justice (DOJ), Justice Management division's Cyber Security Support staff performing Cyber Security Analysis for DOJ.

Roles and Responsibilities:
Performs normal office functions such as setting up and maintaining files; interviewing callers and making proper referrals; arranging meetings and conferences; and receiving, referring, or answering mail.
Reviews drafts and finished documents for appropriate grammatical usage; answers questions relating to office operations and established policies and procedures.
Gathers, compiles and reports on information relevant to supervisor's assignment.

Basic Qualifications:
To be considered for this position, you must minimally meet the knowledge, skills, and abilities listed below:
High School and 6 years' experience as an executive assistant.
Must be a senior level administrative assistant experienced working in a high paced, high pressure environment.
Must have excellent communication skills, both oral and written, in order to prepare relevant documents.
Active Top Secret Clearance

Preferred Qualifications:
Candidates with these desired skills will be given preferential consideration:
8 years' experience as an executive assistant
Editor or technical writing skills
Experience with the Department of Justice
Experience working at a client's site
