An Administrative Assistant is needed to support the AMP Program's RF Integrated Product Team at Northrop Grumman Aerospace Systems. A successful candidate is organized, shows attention-to-detail, and communicates effectively and professionally with all personnel in support of the day-to-day operations for the Department. Various duties include, but are not limited to: maintaining meetings for multiple calendars, making travel arrangements and creating expense reports (sometimes urgently), placing i-Buy and p-card procurement orders, ordering lunches for meetings, maintaining various forms / files / folders / access lists, and answering questions related to office operations and established policies and procedures.
Basic Qualifications:
Active SCI Clearance is required.
High School Diploma and 6 years of Administrative experience
Fluent in the use of Microsoft Office applications
Demonstrated ability using Concur (or similar system) travel and expense reporting

Preferred Qualifications:
Outstanding verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills
Demonstrated ability to interact effectively across all levels of an organization and with outside organizations
Ability to work with minimal supervision while exercising good judgment, demonstrating flexibility and agility, prioritizing multiple tasks with competing deadlines, calmly and confidently managing schedule conflicts, and providing excellent follow-through
