What You'll get to Do:
Using a variety of software packages such as word processing, spreadsheets, graphics and electronic mail to produce
and distribute letters, memoranda, reports and graphics products.
Must be proficient with Microsoft Office products and editing written material for correct spelling and grammar.
Coordinating and processing travel and expense reports for multiple employees.
Coordinate multiple calendars, schedule appointments and reconcile scheduling conflicts as required.
Coordinate meetings and their necessary resources.
Must be able to act with discretion and good judgment when handling or disseminating sensitive, confidential, or
proprietary information.
Process security requests; work closely with the facilities and IT organizations to coordinate office workspace planning,
ordering office equipment and interacting with other administrative support personnel to coordinate special event planning.
Answering telephones and greeting visitors, directing calls/visitors to proper party, releasing and obtaining information
within scope of delegated authority.
Coordinate and maintain property management.
Setting up and maintaining filing and record retention systems.
Sorting and distributing mail.
Ability to operate general office equipment such as copiers, scanner, fax or other office machines.
Additional duties include the support of various programs, assisting other Administrative Assistants, and taking additional
projects as needed.
Must have excellent written and oral communication skills, be a self-starter capable of independent work, a team player
with strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to multi-task and handle multiple priorities.
Ability to travel as needed for meetings.

You'll Bring These Qualifications:
- High School diploma or GED and 4 years additional education and/or experience
- Experience working as an Administrative Assistant
- Be comfortable working in a fast paced environment
- Must be proficient with MS Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook mail/calendar)
- Must be a US Citizen and have the ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance.

These Qualifications Would be Nice to Have:
- Experience with supporting executive level management as well as multiple programs simultaneously.
- Familiarity with complexities in establishing employees with needed work equipment in a secure environment.
- Budget tracking and financial analysis skills.
- Strong Excel (macros, pivot tables, and graphs) and Powerpoint (including animation) skills.
- Active TS/SCI clearance
