Northrop Grumman Technology Services Health and Social Service Solutions (HSSS) InRhodes,is seeking a full time Functional Administrative Assistant to join our team of qualified, diverse individuals. This position will be located in Providence, Rhode Island.

Roles and Responsibilities:
Managing multiple calendar's, scheduling appointments, and de-conflicting overlapping scheduled meetings.
Scheduling conference rooms and providing meeting support to include set up of audio/visual needs and catering as required.
Consolidating monthly management reports from various team members for review.
Coordinating inputs for reports and posting documentation onto theshared file repositories (Shared Folders)
Maintaining various spreadsheets, organization charts, and program presentations and documentation that require direct
coordination with employees across the Unit.
Conducting analysis of data on contract requirements (CRDM), training needs.
Communication across the operating unit and division staff. Contacts involve planning and preparation of the
communications, require skill, tact, persuasion and/or negotiation to accomplish the objectives of the communication.
Soliciting and consolidating inputs for various data calls that may include compiling and generating reports, statistics,
timelines, tables, graphs, correspondence and presentations.
Receiving visitors.
Interacting with building management and initiating and terminating service for phones, pagers, and computers. Submitting IT trouble tickets when needed.
Making travel arrangements, preparing expense reports for Program Manager, and posting all travel on calendars.
Process purchase orders and check requests for office supplies, training, and other needs.
Answers questions relating to office operations and established policies and procedures and may be tasked research to
help solve more complex problems.
Provide augmented administrative support to the Health Division Staff to include managing calendars, scheduling
meetings, assisting with data calls, and preparing reports.

Basic Qualifications:

High School Diploma
6+ years' education and/or experience as an Administrative Assistant
Advanced proficiency of Microsoft Outlook and the ability to manage multiple calendars simultaneously.
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Lync or Skype for Business and hosting/presenting in virtual meetings.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word and Powerpoint.
Strong knowledge of Concur to process travel and expense reports.
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
Demonstrated experience performing the duties as described above
Must be a US citizen

Preferred Qualifications:
Exceptional verbal and communication skills
Highly organized and detail oriented
Experience using SAP (iBuy)
Experience using LX to conduct queries.
Knowledge of Northrop Grumman practices and procedures especial travel coordination and reimbursement policies.
