2019 - Hiring Our Heroes Corp Fellowship Program (Cohort 19-3 Natonal Capital Region)

This position description does not represent a current opening but may be used to identify candidates with skills and experience for positions within Northrop Grumman that frequently become available. Candidates who express an interest may be considered for future positions at Northrop Grumman.

Responsibilities for this Pipeline requisition are:

Fellowship Description:
The Fellowship Program is a 12-week program, held 3 times a year at various military installations and host cities around the country. Each class hosts 15 30 active duty service members (and military spouses in select locations) who gain experience working in the private sector with participating companies and attend weekly educational sessions.

CFP is an approved Skillbridge Program under Dept. of Defense Instruction 1322.29.

HOH CFP Eligibility:

  • You must be in your last 6 months of service during the program
  • You must be on active duty for the duration of the 12 week program
  • A bachelor's degree and three years of leadership experience OR an associate's degree and five years of leadership experience required
Preferred Qualifications:

  • Active DOD Security Clearance
