Store Keeper

Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities

1.Handle day-to-day materials issue, finished goods packing and dispatch process ensuring maintenance of a high degree of accuracy whilst adhering to the packing and shipping guidelines.

2. Insure our KanBan System based on F.I.F.O (First in first out).

3.Ensure Store’s operations are both maintained in a secure and safe manner.

4.Incoming material receipts must be processed accurately into the computer system in order to ensure inventory accuracy is maintained.

5.Support the store supervisor in achieving the stores administration targets and objectives agreed.

6.Monthly stock taking & data entry.

Education and Experience

1.Technical School or above

2.Minimum 3 years experience in a stores keeping role.

3.Previous knowledge/experience in ERP / MRP Systems.

Skills and Abilities

1.Previous knowledge/experience in ERP / MRP Systems.

2.Basic English written & spoken.

3.Basic knowledge of computer and office software.

4.Trained & approved forklift driver.
