Sales Support Specialist

Job Responsibilities

Responsible for interfacing with customers, company sales and/or service representatives to handle a variety of pre-sales or post-sales service functions, including providing quotations, price inquiries, order processing. Respond to non-technical customer inquiries.

Resolve production scheduling conflicts.

Occasionally represent the company at tradeshows and customer site visits.

Accounts receivable / inventory status follow up.

Administrative works support internal company, distributors and customers

Other duties as assigned by management.

Job Goal

80% special cases on logistic can be processed by self.

Be familiar with the obligations for seller and buyer on freight items.

Create a list for all orders, to control and follow each order on real time.

Show the info about each order (such as PO/SO No., shipment schedule and so on) to help check each shipment; For normal RMA & Spare order:keep the correct rate about 97-100%; and deal with in 2-3 workdays after get it; For urgent RMA & Spare order:keep the correct rate not below 98-100%; and try best to deal with in 0-1 workday after get it; For special RMA & Spare order,keep the correct rate about 97-100%; and deal with in 2-3 workdays after get it; For Equipment order:process on time keep the correct rate 96-100%, announce the order in 0-1days (get QOW and PO before 16:00 to announce in the same day), provide whole order to TPS review in 2-3days (base on the veracity on info provide by RMS or Customer); For normal parts, respond 0-1workday, keep the correct rate to 100%; For no price parts, respond 2-3 workdays, keep the correct rate to 100%; For RMA returning parts (returning to US or China Lab), keep pushing for returning on time.



College degree or above, major in Computer Technology, Commercials, English is preferred.

Work Experience:

Requires at least two years order processing experience or customer service role.

Integrity, hard working, careful & positive working attitude and team spirit.

Highly motivated and self disciplined;

Good communication and interpersonal skills

Good English reading, speaking, writing, and Microsoft Office skills required.

Can work under pressure.
