Quality Manager

Job Summary

This position is responsible for:

  • Maintain ISO Quality management system
  • Manage product quality & customer complaint
  • Manage Quality & warehouse team and supervise their daily activities

Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Manage ISO Quality management system
  • Manage product quality & customer complaint
  • Manage Quality & warehouse team and supervise their daily activities
  • Use Quality Management System (QMS) to maintain or improve customer satisfaction
  • Provides data trend analysis and reports to peers and management and monitoring continuous quality improvement actions.
  • Provides leadership to internal teams for quality improvement and issue resolution.
  • Applies data analysis to drive teams improve products and processes.
  • Troubleshooting for potential quality issues
  • Other tasks appointed by the manager

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor degree or above
  • 5 to 8 years in Mechanical industry manufacturing
  • At least 3 years Quality manager of Mechanical industry
  • Experience in applying quality tools and principles
  • Experience in complex problem analysis and resolution
  • Experienced with ISO Quality and business process management

Skills and Abilities:

  • Documentation Skills (Word, excel etc.)
  • Mechanical knowledge
  • Good English
  • Know well in quality analysis tools
  • Good team player

Travel Rate: 5%
