Prozessoptimierer (m/w) / Process Optimizer (m/f)

Aufgaben und Verantwortlichkeiten

  • Verantwortung für die Optimierung von Produktionsprozessen in der Fertigung zur Sicherstellung eines effizienten Auftragsdurchlaufs, bspw. durch die Planung von Vorrichtungen, effizienteren Werkzeugen usw.
  • Analyse der Fertigungsabläufe (z. B. Einplanungen, Änderungen, Stücklisten) sowie Ableitung von Maßnahmen
  • Ermittlung von Einsparungen und Umsetzung von Prozessverbesserungen
  • Dokumentation und Aufbereitung der erzielten Ergebnisse
  • Mitgestaltung der Produktionsplanung, z. B. durch die Arbeit im Felios-Projektteam
  • Förderung von Lean- und 6S-Projekten im Sinne der Prozessoptimierung
  • Beratung und Unterstützung der Abteilung Konstruktion zur kostenseitigen Verbesserung der zu produzierenden Teile

Bildung und Erfahrung

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium in der Fachrichtung Maschinenbau
  • Mehrjährige praktische Erfahrung sowie fundierte Kenntnisse in der Fertigung (Zerspanung, Einzelfertigung, Montage)
  • Sehr gute Kenntnisse in der Organisationsstruktur von Produktionsabläufen
  • Umfassende Kenntnisse im Bereich Arbeitsvorbereitung
  • Gute ERP Kenntnisse
  • Sichere Planungskenntnisse z. B. REFA Techniker
  • Gute EDV-Kenntnisse, insbesondere sicherer Umgang mit MS-Office
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse, Englischkenntnisse von Vorteil
  • Planungs- und Organisationsfähigkeit
  • Gutes Kommunikationsvermögen und Teamfähigkeit

Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities

  • Responsibility for the optimization of production processes in the fabrication in order to ensure an efficient order flow, f. i. by means of planning of devices, more efficient tools etc.
  • Analysis of production processes (e. g. scheduling, modifications, parts lists) and derivation of measures
  • Identification of savings and implementation of process improvements
  • Documentation and preparation of the achieved results
  • Active participation in the production planning, e. g. by means of working in the Felios project team
  • Support of Lean- and 6S projects in terms of project optimization
  • Advisory and supporting role for the construction department in terms of cost side improvement of parts to be produced

Education and Experience

  • Completed studies in mechanical engineering
  • Several years of practical experience together with profound knowledge in the production (CNC, individual manufacture, assembly)
  • Very good knowledge of the organizational structure of production processes
  • Extensive knowledge in the field of production planning
  • Good ERP knowledge
  • Confident planning knowledge e.g. REFA engineer
  • Good computer skills, especially safe handling of MS-Office
  • Excellent German skills, English skills are an advantage
  • Planning and organizational capacity
  • Good communication skills and ability to work in a team
